Major Blowhorn, a teal rooster drill sergeant in a campaign hat, pointing and shouting through his gold bullhorn, Caribbean Green sound waves pouring out of it

Sound familiar?

  • Schedulers skip where developers talk

None of the schedulers we checked support Hacker News. GitHub and Slack stay a pile of tabs.

  • Developers spot a bot

Votes, blast posts and "sent via" badges cost the trust you came to earn.

  • A Slack app nobody can install

Assistants that act as themselves need an app in the workspace. A free workspace at its app limit has no room.

What Blowhorn does instead

  • Every developer network, one queue

Hacker News submit and comment, GitHub follow and react, Slack messages, plus LinkedIn, X, Reddit and Bluesky.

  • Never votes on Hacker News

It submits stories and comments, nothing else, with at most 2 link submissions per profile per day.

  • No Blowhorn app in your Slack

Blowhorn works through your own Slack sign-in and posts as you. No app to install, no bot user to invite.

  • Human-paced by design

Types key by key in your own browser, caps itself, and hands every CAPTCHA and 2FA prompt to you.
